CONSTRUCTION WORKERS BENEVOLENT FUND

The Construction Workers Benevolent Fund (CWBF) was established in 1986 and provides some financial assistance to workers in difficult situations arising from bereavement, serious illness, acute hardship and unforeseen family events that have led to financial stress. A Winter Hardship Grant can also be applied for by retired construction workers suffering winter-specific financial distress. Overall the CWBF provides a valuable second tier of assistance to the work of the Construction Workers Health Trust where serious health problems are often encountered.

Over the years the CWBF has distributed €10 million in small grants to construction workers in need. Should you require assistance from the Fund please contact us and we will send you out a form.

All applications are considered for decision by the Construction Workers Benevolent Fund Board of Trustees.
